⚠️ Important: Do not submit sensitive medical information (Protected Health Information or “PHI”) through the general Contact Form or chatbot unless specifically directed. Use our secure patient portal or scheduled appointment for clinical details.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your inquiries and process ROI requests.
  • Route chatbot messages and authorized forms to our HIPAA-compliant systems.
  • Improve Site functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Provide appointment reminders, care updates, or other communications (including SMS if you have opted in).

Mobile / SMS Information (Text Messaging)

No mobile information (phone numbers) will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service, appointment reminders) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

HIPAA & Security

  • Any PHI we collect is handled strictly in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Data transmitted through forms and the chatbot is routed to HIPAA-compliant systems (EMR or Google Workspace email protected by a signed Business Associate Agreement).
  • All transmissions use encryption (SSL/TLS). Access to sensitive data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or PHI. We may share it only:

  • With trusted service providers who help operate the Site or deliver services (under contracts that require HIPAA compliance and confidentiality).
  • As required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our practice, patients, or the public.

No Medical Advice

Website Use

Forms & Communications

  • Our Contact Form and ROI Form send information to a HIPAA-protected Google email account covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement.
  • Our Chatbot routes messages directly to our HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • General forms and the chatbot may not be appropriate for urgent or sensitive clinical matters. Do not submit PHI through them unless directed.

SMS / Text Messaging Service (if applicable)

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  • To cancel: Text “STOP” to 509-824-6080 at any time. We will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • To rejoin: Simply sign up again through the original method.

Submission of a Release of Information form does not guarantee immediate processing and may require additional verification or in-person authorization.
